A. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is available only to member states of the European Union (EU). Depending on the volume of your order, shipping is handled by DHL or DHL Express.

I. Shipping within Germany: For shipping within the German mainland, we exclusively use DHL Express.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is free of charge (the costs are already included in the product price).

II. Shipping to other member states of the European Union (EU): We deliver to all other member states of the European Union.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is free of charge (the costs are already included in the product price).
Express Shipping (optional): For accelerated delivery, you may optionally choose Express shipping. For this service, we charge a flat rate of 65.00 Euro per order.

Note: Shipping to countries outside of the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, USA) is currently not available.

Shipment tracking

Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will send you an email notification with the tracking information.

B. Payment Information

For deliveries within Germany and to other EU member states, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

Shopify Payments (We accept, among others: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
PayPal (PayPal, PayPal Express).

We do not charge any additional fees for the use of these cashless payment methods.

C. Delivery Times and Calculation

In the case of payment in advance (e.g., via PayPal or Shopify Payments), the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or payment service provider and ends upon the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

The delivery times are as follows:

Within Germany (DHL Express): 1–2 business days
To other EU member states (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days
To other EU member states (Express Shipping): 1–3 business days
